Mr. Assad started his career in 1992 in India’s capital city, where he began his journey marked by ambition and dedication. Transitioning into the real estate sector in 1995, initially focusing on leasing, Mr. Assad quickly became known for his visionary approach and commitment to excellence. Over the years, he achieved numerous milestones, establishing a strong legacy of success. In 2024 Valores Developments was founded, driven by a vision to redefine Dubai’s real estate landscape. Under his leadership, Valores aims to integrate sustainability, luxury, and community-centric values into every project, setting new benchmarks in the industry.
